As far as exercising here is my take, muscles come and go flab lasts.

My motto is no pain...no pain! I also wonder now that women are jockeys, baseball umpires, atomic scientists, and business executives if a man says something and a woman is not there to hear him is he still wrong. I mean people learn something every day. A lot of times it's that what they learned the day before was wrong.
